Enjoy your stay in this luxury and sophisticated flat. You cannot expect a better skin-in/ski-out: direct access to the ski slopes ! And the restaurants and shops are down the building!

Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, the 58 square meters flat was fully renovated in 2014 in a comfortable mountain style. The flat consists of an American kitchen open on the living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a south oriented terrace offering view on the mountains around. We accept 4 adults maximum. The 5th guest can only be children less than 10 year old.

The kitchen is fully-equipped (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, micro-wave, electric kettle, toaster….). If you decide to try the local food there are some nice restaurants in the city-centre and down the building. Also, you can enjoy the catering/take-away services in the vicinity. 

The layout of the spacious living room (6 seat sofa, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi…) will allow you to relax after a long ski day or mountain hike.

The first bedroom is equipped with a large king size bed (160×190) and the second one with two bunk beds. The bed linens are provided.

Both bathrooms are equipped with large shower cabins and a toilet corner. A hair dryer is at your disposal. The towels are provided. 

Private ski lockers are proposed. Possibility of parking and food delivery before your arrival upon request.

The flat is non smoking, pets are not allowed.

We only accept weekly stay (from Saturday to Saturday). We decline any request for shorter periods. For long term stay, please contact us.

"Couldn't ask for more!"
I am reluctant to write this review as it was so good that it will be booked next time we want to come to Courchevel! We stayed at the apartment on the 8th until 15th 2014. Before we arrived the communication with the owner was excellent: Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us a lots of helpful tips and advice. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean and tidy. It is only 30 m from the slopes and there are bars and restaurants at the bottom of the apartment building. We will definitely be back!

Centrally located in village, 100m from main ski lift, and you can ski back to within about 30m of the front door! Recently renovated, very well maintained apartment and building, the owner does a great job at making you feel welcome – we had a bottle of local wine waiting, to read over the hints and tips guide to the area!
Recommended.

I loved this apartment and recommend it highly for location only 40 meters away from slopes and cable car,lovely warm and modern interior that has been well designed .We have been to Courchevel 1650 2 years in a row and would definitely return,great selection of bars and restaurants round about apartment . The owners have been so accommodating and extremely helpful with absolutely everything ! Yves was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had from skiing to which restaurants I should try, nothing was to much trouble for him.

Situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur, l’appartement de 58m2 entièrement restauré en 2014 dans un style cosy montagne est spacieux et lumineux. Cet immeuble de standing est situé en plein centre de la station.  

Composé d’une cuisine à l’américaine ouverte sur le salon, de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et d’une terrasse orientée sud offrant une vue dégagée, cet appartement permet d’accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes. Toutefois pour votre confort nous n’acceptons que 4 adultes maximum, le 5ème hôte ne peut être que un enfant de moins de 10ans.

La partie cuisine/coin repas de 5 places est entièrement équipée  (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, sèche-linge, four électrique, four micro-onde, cafetière électrique, grille-pain ….  ). 

Une première chambre se compose d’un grand lit de 160×190 et la deuxième chambre de deux lits simples superposés. Elles disposent d'un placard mural. Linge de lit fourni.

Les deux salles de bain sont équipées de cabines douches et d’un coin lavabo. Un sèche-cheveu est mis à votre disposition ainsi que les serviettes de bain. Les toilettes sont séparées.  

Un local à ski privatif est mis à votre disposition, un parking privatif  à l’intérieur de l’immeuble peut vous être proposé. 

Nous n’acceptons les séjours que sur la base hebdomadaire (du samedi au samedi). Nous déclinons toute demande de séjour Week-end. Pour des séjours longue durée, merci de nous consulter.

With its cosy decoration, our flat offers great comfort for 4 people. Its located right in the picturesque city center of Courchevel within walking distance to grocery stores, shops, bars and restaurants. Great for family or a small group.

The flat has been completely renovated early this year (2013) and it has been newly furnished with all mod cons such as Flat screen TV, fitted kitchen, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker machine, toaster & sandwich maker, silverware, dishes, Top Quality Linens, Blankets and Towel! Everything brand new!

Due to damages, we only accept people more than 28 years old.

It also includes large hot shower, perfect for those long days after hitting the slopes, and food delivery before your arrival (upon your request). Great to head home to after a long day on the slopes! Ski lockers are also available.

Upon your arrival, you will have your "British survival kit" with tea, herbal tea, milk, butter and bread. Besides a selection of cereals provided special for you!

We received the award " label de charme" *** by the official Courchevel tourist office in 2013.

Possibility of car park, on request.

We provide accurate expert local knowledge and we offer all the information you need to plan your Holiday ( transport, ski hire, ski pass, ski school, good deals in Courchevel, best spots in the ski area) for free. Yves, within 15 years of experience in the area, will warmly welcome you!

Fully renewed flat of 37 square meters available in Courchevel 1650 ( Moriond) less than 60 meters away from the ski resort's main lift. No need to take bus or to drive. Perfect for Ski lovers!

With its cosy decoration, our flat offers great comfort until 4 people. Its located right in the heart of the resort of Courchevel 1650 within grocery stores, shops, bars and restaurants in the doorsteps. 

The flat has been fully renovated and furnished in 2013. It includes all the mod cons such as Flat screen TV, fitted kitchen, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker machine, toaster & sandwich maker, silverware, dishes, Linens, Blankets and Towels!

The properties comprises a lounge area equipped with an american kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140×190 cm), the bathroom (with a large shower) and the WC are separated. The third and the forth beds are in the lounge area.

Due to damages, we only accept people more than 28 years old.

It also includes large hot shower, perfect for those long days after hitting the slopes. Great to head home to after a long day on the slopes! Ski lockers are also available.

We received the award " label de charme" *** by the official Courchevel tourist office in 2013.

I am reluctant to write this review as it was so good that it will be booked next time we want to come to Courchevel! We stayed at the apartment on the 8th until 15th 2014. Before we arrived the communication with the owner was excellent: Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us a lots of helpful tips and advice. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean and tidy. It is only 30 m from the slopes and there are bars and restaurants at the bottom of the apartment building. We will definitely be back!

Centrally located in village, 100m from main ski lift, and you can ski back to within about 30m of the front door! Recently renovated, very well maintained apartment and building, the owner does a great job at making you feel welcome – we had a bottle of local wine waiting, to read over the hints and tips guide to the area!

Appartement entièrement rénové à Courchevel 1650 (Moriond) à moins de 80 mètres des pistes. Parfait pour les amateurs de Ski et randonnées !

Avec sa décoration douillette, notre appartement offre le grand confort jusqu'à 4 personnes. Situé en plein coeur de Courchevel 1650, au millieu des magasins d'alimentation, boutiques et restaurants. 

L'appartement a été complètement rénové et équipé : télévision à écran plat, cuisine, four électrique, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, machine à café, grille-pain, toaster à sandwichs, ustensiles de cuisine, linges et serviettes fournis. 

Il comprend un séjour avec une cuisine américaine, une chambre avec un lit double (140×190), une salle de douche et WC séparé. Le troisième et le quatrième couchage se situent dans le salon.  

Grande douche, parfait après de longues journées de ski. Casiers à skis disponibles.

L'Office de Tourisme de Courchevel nous a attribué "le label de charme"***.

"A really nice small apartment so close to the ski lift"

We were warmly welcomed (late Saturday night) by the apartment owner Yves who made himself available by mobile all that evening. We were surprised to discover a welcome food pack (ample for breakfast/lunch next day) and a gift (bottle of white wine) with greeting card! Helpfully, Yves leaves unopened food and drinks from previous visitors!

The apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean (Yves obviously takes a pride in keeping it tip-top condition). Ideal for 2-3 people (not surprisingly; we found the double bed more comfortable than the single bed in the main apartment area). It is literally 25m walk from the rooms to the locker room and slope and then 50m ski down the slope to the 1650 lift.

Wi-fi worked well (very handy). Supermarket within 50m of apartment building. WE parked in multi-storey car park (good to book in advance).

Yves promptly returned our damage deposit (£500) following our stay.

Thank you Yves for your kindness and making our stay so pleasant.
