Fully renewed flat of 37 square meters available in Courchevel 1650 ( Moriond) less than 60 meters away from the ski resort's main lift. No need to take bus or to drive. Perfect for Ski lovers!

With its cosy decoration, our flat offers great comfort until 4 people. Its located right in the heart of the resort of Courchevel 1650 within grocery stores, shops, bars and restaurants in the doorsteps. 

The flat has been fully renovated and furnished in 2013. It includes all the mod cons such as Flat screen TV, fitted kitchen, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker machine, toaster & sandwich maker, silverware, dishes, Linens, Blankets and Towels!

The properties comprises a lounge area equipped with an american kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140×190 cm), the bathroom (with a large shower) and the WC are separated. The third and the forth beds are in the lounge area.

Due to damages, we only accept people more than 28 years old.

It also includes large hot shower, perfect for those long days after hitting the slopes. Great to head home to after a long day on the slopes! Ski lockers are also available.

We received the award " label de charme" *** by the official Courchevel tourist office in 2013.

"Couldn't ask for more!"
I am reluctant to write this review as it was so good that it will be booked next time we want to come to Courchevel! We stayed at the apartment on the 8th until 15th 2014. Before we arrived the communication with the owner was excellent: Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us a lots of helpful tips and advice. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean and tidy. It is only 30 m from the slopes and there are bars and restaurants at the bottom of the apartment building. We will definitely be back!

"Perfect apartment in great skiing location"
Perfect apartment in Courchevel 1650.
Centrally located in village, 100m from main ski lift, and you can ski back to within about 30m of the front door! Recently renovated, very well maintained apartment and building, the owner does a great job at making you feel welcome – we had a bottle of local wine waiting, to read over the hints and tips guide to the area!

"Great Apartment in a fantastic location"
I loved this apartment and recommend it highly for location only 40 meters away from slopes and cable car,lovely warm and modern interior that has been well designed .We have been to Courchevel 1650 2 years in a row and would definitely return,great selection of bars and restaurants round about apartment . The owners have been so accommodating and extremely helpful with absolutely everything ! Yves was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had from skiing to which restaurants I should try, nothing was to much trouble for him.
